Aviation Interview Preparation

Airline Interview Preparation is one of the most significant courses you’ll enroll in during your aviation career.  This class will assist you in securing a position with the employer of your choice more than any other class you have taken so far.  We agree with the observation by an Airline interviewer who said,

“If you have not taken a preparation class prior to your interview, you have not put in enough effort .”

This class is essential in preparing you for all phases of the airline interview .

Our instructors have been involved in the aviation industry for over three decades and have taught interview preparation for nearly fifteen years (see bios) .  They include military, domestic and international airline pilots. These instructors have been employed as recruiters and interviewers within the industry.  They are some of the most talented and knowledgeable coaches you will meet.  Positive results from the classes can be gauged by the following results:

  • 96 % placement rate on the first try,

  • Over 1,100 pilot applicants taught,

  • Featured in newspaper articles and aviation periodicals,

  • Received recognition from airlines and the National Guard,

  • Regular invitations from College and University programs,

  • Consistently offering the most face to face time with students.

Our instructors constantly monitor websites, printed material and follow up with recent interviewees to glean the most in-depth and up-to-date information on all employers. When you enroll in this course, you know you will receive the latest information and that all your preparation efforts will be relevant to your preferred employer. Our goals for this class are threefold:

  1. To make studying for your interview enjoyable;
  2. To take the mystery out of the interview process for you; and
  3. To help you present yourself as the most competitive and successful applicant.

This class consists of a minimum of 12 hours of classroom instruction, as well as online and phone support.  We often surpass 12 hours of instruction in cases where students discover particular subjects they find motivating and take a special interest in. Once enrolled in the course, we continue to work with you until you secure your first job. This is our guarantee to our students. We recommend that in addition to taking Aviation Interview Prep, you enroll in a simulator preparation at our facility in Salt Lake City, Utah or at an airport near you.  See our Salt Lake City pricing list for details.

When you read our class reviews, you will find that we consistently work to make you a stronger candidate, give you an exclusive insight into the interview process and make it a pleasant experience. We look forward to assisting you as you embark on your career.
