Airplane Fueling PDF Print
We have a fuel account with Utah Aviation at the Spanish Fork Airport for fueling at the self-service pump.  Without prior permission do not buy fuel at the Provo, Heber, South Valley Regional or Salt Lake International Airports.  When you buy fuel on cross-country trips fuel reimbursement will not exceed $5.50/gallon.  Your investment in cross-country fuel purchase is deducted from your airplane flight invoice because your rental rate includes fuel.
 
Minimum Daily Use PDF Print
3 hours average daily use is required for all day aircraft rental.  Any exception must be approved by one of the managers.
 
Payment PDF Print
  • Payment may be made by Credit Card, Check, or Cash for each flight.
  1. For multiple flight activity we recommend setting up an account.
  2. Flights of an estimated 2 hours or more require a deposit check of an estimated 50% of the airplane and instruction fees or Credit Card number on file.
  •  A flight account may be set up with a minimum initial deposit of $500.
  • We offer a 5%credit (non-refundable) for check or cash account deposits of $2,000 or more.
  • A positive minimum account balance is required to maintain flight status.
  1. Single engine aircraft minimum is $200
  2. Multi-engine aircraft minimum is $350
  • Pilots with a negative account will be suspended from flight and instruction.

UVU, BYU and enrolled flight students receive a 10% discount off the standard rate.  Our aircraft rental rates are based on fuel purchased at our discounted rate at the Springville-Spanish Fork airport.  Cross-country fuel reimbursement will be at a maximum of $5.50 per gallon.

 Standard rate = $120/hr. & Student rate = $108/hr.

DA40 CS 180 / G1000 Avionics

 Standard rate = $174/hr. & Student rate = $156/hr.

Piper PA28R-201 Arrow III

 Standard rate = $157/hr. & Student rate = $141/hr.

Piper PA34-200 Seneca I

 Student rate = $240/hr.

PCATD Flight Training Device

 $50/hr plus instructor

Headset rentals - $2/hr. or $6/day

 

Flight and Ground Instruction:

 Primary Pilot training = $40/hr

 Advanced Instruction = $44/hr

 CFI & Multi-engine Instruction = $50/hr

 Instruction in Non-company Airplane = $50/hr

Class fees are $250.00 USD and are subject to change at anytime prior to enrolment.

Classes with simulator instruction are an additional $75.00 USD for three hours of instruction. Note that instruction price is for time and use of simulators at our facilities in a Frasca 142. If pilots have access to simulators at other locations, the instruction fee is the same and the student will be responsible for payment of the device at that location.
