Dr. Smart has fort-eight years of aviation experience and 25 years as a college and university professor serving as Chairman, Director and Dean. Academic Credentials include doctorate degrees in education and psychology.

Mr. Helmick has been a pilot for 30 years and a flight instructor for 20 years. He has been involved in flight school management for the past 18 years that involved the acquisition of over 100 airplanes. Over the years worked with thousands of students and 100’s Of flight instructors.
